1 Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2 Shipping costs
- Orders of $49 or more: free shipping.
- Orders under $49: the shipping cost is shown before you confirm the order.
3 Processing and delivery times
Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders confirmed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Free shipping orders are delivered in about 2 business days after dispatch. Remote addresses can take longer.
4 Tracking
When your order ships we email you the carrier and tracking number. You can also check your orders on the Track my order page.
5 Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier.
